As a mom of young kids, I understand the challenge of keeping the little ones interested in healthy foods. To sweeten this fruit bowl up a notch, I added a semi-homemade syrup. All it takes is mixing a tablespoon of water with a cup of Smuckers apricot preserves. Gently heat up the mixture on low heat, stir it until the mixture starts to boil, and turn off the heat immediately. Let the syrup cool off a little, then pour it over your fruit bowl and enjoy!
