Matcha has always been one of my favorite tea powders. It has various health benefits and it tastes great! When I saw this “Matcha Choco Bun” from 85°C Bakery, it immediately piqued my curiosity.
As I sliced the bread in half, I found this layer of matcha cream with dashes of chocolate. This cream is not overly sweet and reflect slight matcha flavor. The chocolate bits bring a nice complement to the matcha cream. This sweet treat is definitely an inspiration for my future matcha creations!
