Vino and Sweets has officially launched for 1 week! As a thank you for all of your love and support, I am presenting you this tropical smoothie bowl.
This smoothie bowl is packed with double dragon fruit power — red flesh dragon fruit and yellow dragon fruit! Yellow dragon fruit is slightly sweeter and has a softer texture than pink skinned dragon fruit. Both types are delicious in smoothie!
The refreshing sweet taste of this tropical smoothie bowl brings me to the beach. I know it’s Fall now but wouldn’t it be nice to have some beach time all year round?
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:ย 1/2 pack (50g) of Pitaya Plus frozen dragon fruit smoothie pack, 1/2 fresh yellow dragon fruit, 3/4 cup of Chobani plain Greek yogurt, 1 banana, 1 1/3 cup of frozen mango chunks, 2-3 tablespoons of So Delicious coconut milk, some frozen blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and a few pieces of yellow dragon fruit for garnish
Pink Smoothie Mixture:
- Blend together 1/2 pack of frozen dragon fruit, 1/2 fresh yellow dragon fruit, and 1/2 cup ofย Chobani plain Greek yogurt
- Put the mixture aside
Yellow Smoothie Mixture:
- Blend together 1 banana, 1 1/3 cups of frozen mango chunks, 1/4 cup ofย Chobani plain Greek yogurt, and 2-3 tablespoons of So Delicious coconut milk
- Put the mixture aside
To Assemble:
- Pour half of the yellow smoothie mixture into bowl to form bottom layer
- Place a few pieces of dragon fruit pieces around the bowl, if desired
- Pour the pink smoothie mixture into bowl to form middle layer
- Pour the remaining yellow smoothie mixture into bowl to form top layer
- Garnish with blueberries and pomegranate seeds
