Dragon fruit is very refreshing and has many health benefits. I used the great-tasting and convenient Pitaya Plus Smoothie Pack. It gives a vibrant color that entices both your eyes and palate!
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients: 50g (1/2 pack) of frozen dragon fruit smoothie pack, 1 banana, 1/3 cup of blueberries, 3 frozen strawberries, 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of So Delicious coconut milk
- Blend all 6 ingredients in a blender
- Pour smoothie into glasses
- Garnish with fruits (optional) and enjoy
